Programme Learning Outcomes (PLO)

The Programme Learning Outcomes describe the competencies expected from graduates of the Early Childhood Teacher Education Study Programme.

PLO-1 Autonomy and Responsibility

Demonstrate character and AdAb reflecting adaptability, enthusiasm, and integrity as a manifestation of devotion to God Almighty.

PLO-2 Autonomy and Responsibility

Evaluate and integrate religious, national, constitutional, linguistic, and technology-based entrepreneurial values with institutional values of 5A to support professional development.

PLO-3 Knowledge and Understanding

Master basic concepts and philosophy, learning theories, curriculum, learning models, and assessment in early childhood education.

PLO-4 Skills

Develop early childhood learning content across domains through meaningful play activities.

PLO-5 Knowledge and Understanding

Develop understanding of early childhood development and characteristics.

PLO-6 Autonomy and Responsibility

Demonstrate independent and high-quality performance, make appropriate decisions, and maintain scientific ethics.

PLO-7 Autonomy and Responsibility

Work collaboratively, take responsibility within teams, and document data accurately to support academic integrity.

PLO-8 Skills

Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with children, parents, and stakeholders.

PLO-9 Skills

Develop multimedia products such as games and animations appropriate for early childhood learning needs.

PLO-10 Skills

Creatively design performing arts activities including stage design, costumes, makeup, lighting, and performance techniques.
